I agree, although better than overthrowing him by a yard trying to throw a perfect ball. Pickens is a beast. He has that separation he is catching it or getting PI if slightly underthrown.

He's one of the most natural catchers of the ball I've ever seen. The ball just effortlessly sticks to his hands

And last I saw Lamb caught about 4 of his 10 targets or something like that. Makes a big difference.
