I read that his two young kids were in attendance.

I’m pissed about Kirk being dead, mostly because all he did was have conversations with young people to try and change their minds. There’s nothing violent about that. That makes me mad. I’m angry for his wife, but I understand that both her and Charlie knew this was a possible outcome in this political environment.

I can’t stop thinking about his kids. My heart breaks for the kids. How do you explain why Daddy is dead now? That makes me incredibly sad. Like crying like a fag sad. They’ll understand one day that their dad is gone because he wanted to talk to college aged kids about conservative views and Christian values. Not because he had a dangerous job, or because he deserved death.
