This is why the Cowboys are a joke!
They constantly bring in new DC's every 3 years and all of them have total opposite systems and types. So where always playing catch up. AS opposed to the team like the Ravens that knows EXACTLY what kind of D they want to play and take the guys for that system.

We reached here, imo. Good player, but I doubt he moves the needle for us at all this year, outside of special teams. Maybe some sub packages. Hopefully he can develop into more. I dunno.
