I'm really happy about the extra third though. Gives us another shot at a starting caliber player based on the depth of this draft. That could be a starting WR, RB, LBer, center or DT. This team needs all the young starters it can get.
The third is the round for the small school pick that everybody but Dallas knows wont do much, though.

49ers jump the shark at WR. Good player but man I can name some receivers I'd rather have. Mitchell for example. Coleman, McConkey...

Hell Corley may have been better for them.

Guyton wasn't my first choice, but I really like this guy. And I LOVE him coupled with a high 3rd.

Normally, he would have went way higher than this, but this was a freakishly deep OT class. This guy has elite size and length. Quick and nimble feet. If he can hold up in the power game, we got a good one.

Guyton 6-8, 332 former TE with a 35" vertical.

Just has to maximize that potential now. I'm nervous but pumped. Big, big upside.

Guyton is going to play LT, there's no chance they're going to bench Steele in favor of Hoffman or some shit.
Hoffman at Center not Tackle. At least thats what its looking like for the moment.

I really hope Bass can play there. Otherwise we may have to dip again tomorrow for a center. I think JPJ and Frazier will be gone by our pick but holy shit if they drop there.

For a pretty steady, uneventful first half of the first round, the second half was quite hectic. Lots of moving around and surprises.

I think we're going to see a big improvement from Steele this year. He came back kind of early from a pretty severe injury. He didn't look right all year.

That would absolutely be fap worthy. Depending on the cost, I might even consider going up to get them if they fell far enough.

"You're getting a player that loves football, loves the Cowboys and will do aything for the Star on the helmet. I'll do anything to make the team better.

[At home in Austin, my family and I] were sitting on pins and needles. Dallas Cowboys were the dream. We were ecstatic when we got the phone call. Dream come true.

My dad is a die-hard Cowboys fan.

[First I thing I want to do when I get to Dallas and meet Mike Solari,] I want to get down and dirty. I wanna get in the playbook. Time to get to it."

He doesn't look or sound like a douche. That's encouraging.
