I mean if you aren't giving Dak 60 mil a year why not? Just don't like him? Admittedly I like McCarthy, I wouldn't mind developing and having a young, talented QB starting for us a year from now.
Just saying. But Dak is going to sign eventually. We all know it. But McCarthy would at least seal that fate.

I wouldn't, but if if you take a QB in the first that's the next logical step for the team. Dude is on a contract year, so you trade him or let him hit FA. If your plan is QB in the first, Dak is done in Dallas.
