The way his squad has played the last month or so, are we worried he’ll be hired away this offseason?
Or does everything hinge on the way they play in the playoffs?

Eh. It is what it is. If we do well in the playoffs, he is probably gone, but they need to get back to early season form.

I'm guessing the opponent had something to do with it. I'd bet Dobbs looks quite a bit worse against the Jaguars.

The only reason I'm worried about Quinn leaving is because I'm afraid we hire another Mike Nolan as his replacement.
Quinn has done a good job overall but the past month or so has really taken the shine off so I'm not worried about losing him per se.

He looked like a seasoned veteran just doing his thing out there against us.
He’ll look like a 3rd string backup with no future against the Jags.
We have a propensity to make bad QBs look pretty good. Minshew a few weeks ago, that scrawny make a wish looking kid from last week, Jeff Driscoll/Davis Mills, and AJ Hawk’s sister. Pretty much every time we face a bad QB, that QB has a good day statistically. They do end up losing for the most part, but it’s never easy. Usually.

Even if he leaves there will be loads of top notch DC candidates available.
Wilkes from Carolina, the Denver DC Ejiro, Vance Joseph, potentially Ron Rivera and Gus Bradley, or we could just promote Edwards who has plenty of DC experience.
