We all know the big names and it is pretty clear most have stated their position on the top guys...but who are you willing to bet will be good players out of the less heralded?

Here's are some to start...

Duke QB Sean Renfree - well schooled, accurate passer who some are comparing to Peyton Manning. I won't go that far, but he's got enough of the intangibles, he could make a fine 3rd QB in this league.

Cincinnati RB George Winn - not real special, but a chain mover who has very good vision.

Northern Illinois CB Rashaan Melvin - stumbled across this guy randomly on Youtube. Looks like a very aggressive kid who could end up being a good pro. He has better footage, but this was against Iowa, one of the bigger schools N.Ill. played.

This is a guy I would love to throw a late round pick at. A well coached, smart QB, with enough physical ability to succeed at the next level. In the sixth or seventh round I'd take him. It's low risk at that point.

I know he got hurt, but he looks like a real pro QB...I am just puzzled why there is not more buzz about him. Good delivery and motion and he is very accurate.

I like Ball.

I am just concerned about the tread that might be left on the tires.

Ya, I see what you mean. They did ride him a little hard. 663 carries last 2 seasons and 5 games, this year, with 29 or more carries. I still think he'll be one of the best rb's in this class.

For the purpose of this thread I'll just assume this means guys that will go in roughly the 5th round or later.

Quinton Dial, DT/DE Alabama
Ace Sanders, WR South Carolina
Josh Boyce, WR TCU
Josh Boyd, DT Mississipi St.
Micah Hyde, CB Iowa
Michael Ford, RB LSU
Lerentee McCray, LB Florida
Devin Taylor, DE South Carolina
Michael Mauti, LB Penn St.
Stansly Maponga, DE TCU
Joe Kruger, DE Utah
AJ Klein, LB Iowa St.

A huge sleeper that I'm partial to for obvious reasons is Joe Vellano from Maryland. He's listed at 6-1, 306, has a great motor, a solid initial burst off the snap and he was a team leader/captain who basically did everything right. He was 1st team All-ACC this past year with 14 TFL and 6 sacks, and also in 2011. I don't know where he's going in the draft, or if he'll even be drafted but he'd be a great UDFA signing if that opportunity arises. I really like his fit as a 3 technique, gap shooting rotational DT in the Tampa 2.

I'm going to throw a bust in here...Barkevious Mingo. I think he is too light and his lack of strenghth will be a real problem for him. He is listed at 240, so he has to gain weight, just would have to see if he is the same player with a 15-20 pound weight gain. 15 sacks in 3 years does not exactly get it done for me.

I don't know where he's projected, but I like UGA's Shawn Williams.

I always like Spencer Ware at LSU...I could see us getting him as an UDFA.

Jayson Dimanche...would be a lot more interesting if we were still in the 3-4. He is shooting up right now, mainly due to his agent Joe Linta.

I'll be straight up for real...I am looking at big school guys coming back from injury. Small school guys...Arkin ruined them for me.

As a super late/undrafted guy, I'd like to see us grab UCF WR Quincy McDuffie. Extremely raw player that will need time to develop good route running, but he can be used immediately on bubble screens, reverses and most importantly kick returns. All American and 3 time CUSA Special Teamer of the year. Kid has a knack for reading the blocks and busting returns. Something Dallas hasn't done in forever.

Feh. Arkin running like a retard at the Combine should have explained a lot.
