Hey, the starters racked up 256 yards. They dominated.
They did not dominate, but they were nowhere near as bad as the defense and their performance would have had us in the game if the defense had equaled it.

But hey, hyperbolize away.

Look, I get the Schmiity hate and Garrett frustration are fueling the "offense sucks" posts, but this defense, my God.

The offense was just as bad.

Randle has picked up a lot of yards. When's the last time a team with 2 100 yard rushers lost?

You are way too smart a poster to not realize that a defense stopping no one and keeping your offense on the sideline most of the game will have an adverse effect on it. Any time you score 21 by the fourth quarter you should at least be within striking distance.

The fact that we aren't even close is on the defense and the defense alone.

Logic goes out the window for you and others on this subject though.
Lol @ you suggesting logic goes out the window regarding Garrett.

You suggest the offense is underperforming because they are cold and you have the balls to lecture anyone on logic? You have zero semblance of reality when it comes to Garrett.

What you are missing here is that it can be both unit's fault. The offense isn't good enough, and the defense isn't either. No one is absolving the defense, but that doesn't let Garrett off the hook either. Garrett left points on the field tonight. He does that often. He over exposed a horrific defense. He managed the game poorly.

That doesn't absolve the defense. But it's the HC's job to do the best he can with what he has. Garrett doesn't do that.

He's the HC of the entire team. He had a hand in shaping this roster. He had a hand in shaping this game plan. He had a hand in managing this game. And thats an understatement.

It hasn't been good enough. In 3 years it hasn't been good enough.

See ya bye.
