Racism will never end. You could kill every white person off and you'll still have racism. It will just be the black and Asians or something else. Hell you'd have the light colored black people and the dark skinned black people if it came down to it. Unfortunately there is no end game. Just something with varying degrees. I don't think racism is rampant at all but the media and government love to make it feel like that's not true. It's too easy of a political tactic for them to use.
