While I don't have any interest in a CB in round 1 I'd take Gardner as a BPA play, would take someone like Ojabo over him though for sure.

A year ago I would have been interested in Teague. He seems to have lost a step in College.

Seems like a lot of meh guys are declaring. Iowa had a couple guy declare recently that aren't really highly ranked at all. Tyler Goodson, Dane Belton and Kyler Schott.

I get Goodson, but the other two are surprising. Belton is interesting though with 5 picks.

No brainer. You'll be the first center off the board. Really good player but his stock will never be higher.
I see some draftniks punching holes in him, saying he is too small and not as good as Creed Humphrey.

He is on the smallish side. He uses leverage extremely well and he plays through the whistle. He is also ultra mobile to get to the second level and make the blocks a lot of centers can't. But yeah I get it, most want a 320 pound center and Linderbaum will never be that. Another year in college wasn't going to change that. I'm sure he will get up to 300 for the combine and such but the guy is a 290 pound center. Of course Humphrey was only 302 pounds when he was drafted so we aren't talking about massive size differences.

Plus if you were redoing the draft Creed Humphrey would be a slam dunk first now. It's sort of like saying a corner isn't as good as Trevon Diggs. Diggs was a second rounder but most NFL teams would take him top 10 if they had a chance now.

All that being said, I'd draft Linderbaum if he fell to our pick. But I wouldn't be wetting my pants to trade up for him either. Frankly I look at a really good guard as a bigger need.
