This is Sturm's followup. I think this is an overly harsh assessment. You can argue that he misjudged the play but I don't think you can say he's thinking "that's not my problem." It doesn't look like that at all to me.

Pretty solid showing of the stupidity in the draft room. Even if he couldn't edge rush why would you devalue a possible Bobby Wagner type player?

Preposterous.
Jerry's idea of a great ILB is probably Jaylon Smith.

Can someone explain the Cooper thing for me?

If what is being reported is true-I’m seeing he tested positive for CV on Thursday night. He supposedly tested negative Sunday morning. He would need to test negative 5 days in a row, which technically would have made him available for Thursdays game, right?

Don't try to make sense of any of this bullshit.

I think the 5 days is for vaccinated players. Longer for players that are unvaccinated.

The league says that if you aren't vaccinated you are out 10 days regardless. Which is fucking beyond stupid. If the guy is negative he is negative.

But the league doesn't care about that. They care about forcing players to get vaccinated so they use this as their "motivational" tool among other things. Frankly I find it a bit offensive that they are treating the players like children but then again politicians have been doing this with the general public since covid started so it's not surprising.
