He can’t call it out if he can’t see it to begin with.
Exactly, that (and of course appearing clueless) would be my only criticism of Jaylon on this play.

That's something the whole team must get better at, and really only comes with experience and football smarts.

how many years does a player need? not that im anti jaylon, but yes players are going to make mistakes and yes things do change up, we cant expect players to be perfect every time.

What the hell? We knew he was a basket case on the field, but he is even during basic practice drills?

This clip really stood out to me, it's basically a OL/DL 1 on 1 that you see 50 times a camp but the "DL" here is Parsons basically blitzing from the A gap. He's going against a schlub UDFA who may never play a regular season NFL down but you almost never see off-ball LB's going 1 on 1 against OL's on a pass rush in camp and winning.

He got murdered on a 1 on 1 against Smith but that's to be expected, and in my opinion the fact that they're emphasizing the blitzing facet of his game is a huge positive. It's arguably his biggest strength and the part of his game that will translate the quickest, so I love that they're looking to use him so much there.
