Mofo, there have been a lot of folks who have consistently shipped Parson over the goddamned corners.
I will have it be known that I had Parson as my 3rd overall just behind the OTs.

I really don’t like that they got Smith, but at least we got the 3rd round pick out of it. Short of taking him ourselves, we couldn’t stop it.
If we hadn't traded with the eagles, the giants would have just taken smith. he was coming to the division either way. at least we pulled a 3rd rounder off of a division rival in the process.

I bet Jerry gets antsy (like he always does) and at least wants to move up for a corner.

Even David Moore said last night when the Parsons pick was made that he thinks this almost assures a corner in the next round.

I admit I do wonder who the hell is going to play opposite Diggs if we don't get one soon.

Parsons was my 3rd choice, after Sewell and Surtain.

Exactly. No way we could have prevented facing Smith twice a year.

So the extra 3rd is icing as far as I’m concerned.

I personally wouldn’t have traded back, though I’m glad in hindsight we did. I thought for sure NY would have taken Parsons

The Giants still suck but the Eagles suck more.

We have decent players in Lewis, Brown, and Canady. Canady himself has been at least as good as Awuzie.

Better to be solid at CB and special up front than the reverse.

I’m much more worried about DT and safety, frankly.

i think we were happy to take either parsons or slater in that situation, while pocketing the extra 3rd.

He has so many picks this year, there is not damn telling what that sheep fucker will do.

Jaylon Smith changes to his Fighting Irish #9 and Parsons hazes Cedric Wilson into giving up #11

We got the 911 Playmaking Response Team

So, would Azeez Ojulari be our injured 2nd round target this year? Love the player, but the word 'degenerative' scares the hell out of me.

I'm curious which corner we really like. I'd love Asante Samuel Jr. right here. I think he is by far the best corner left. Wouldn't shock me though if it was someone like Kelvin Joseph, Aaron Robinson, Campbell or Melifonwu.

If it's not Asante Samuel for me I'd rather wait until the third round and snag Adebo who I think could be better than a lot of those guys I listed. I'm not sure Samuel will fit the "mold" though because he is only 5'10" but I say who gives a shit. If the guy was 6'1" he would have been up there with the Horns and Surtains of the world.
