when you are accomplished, you tend to forget what its like to be not accomplished. the world just works around your bubble.

However, if we had recovered the ball, I wonder if it would be ruled down at the 1 or Cowboys touchback.

Why would it be a Cowboys touchback? He recovered it himself in the endzone. And he wasn't touched for him to be down at the 1, either.

I stated 'if we had recovered the ball'.

As for down at the 1 thing, I just don't see the refs calling it a fumble at the 1 yard line, even though, yeah, I agree he wasn't touched.
