It certainly doesn't seem like a legal team has put together a credible theory for what is wrong. This lawsuit is based on the idea that two individual voters had their votes discarded, and as a result, many other votes also need to be invalidated. I can easily see the flaw in that logic.
I'm not an attorney who has literally any familiarity with this stuff but there must be a way to say "Give us an injunction because here is proof of substantial fraud and a plaintiff (the Trump campaign) will be harmed if it's not stopped."
But that's not what that lawsuit apparently asserted (though I AM just reading the judge's opinion, not the actual complaint). It relies on the fact that uneven policy application caused these two Republican voters to have their votes not counted, but that policy was enacted way in advance by the PA General Assembly. This allegation is not the same as "look here, these votes were thrown away, or these ones were pulled out of thin air." Where's the evidence of that? Doesn't seem to be plead.
And at this stage, not sure I've seen anything concrete other than Twitter musings.
