His penalty was on par with Dez dropping that pass in the Broncos game which cost us big. Yet, Dez came out and faced the media and admitted what he did hurt his team. Much respect for that.

The lack of accountability on this team is frustrating. It's probably just an extension of that frustration.

I do think Gruden is very much in play with the Cowboys. He'd bring an even bigger spotlight to Dallas for Jerry to enjoy. There would be enough attention to go around. There is really no better place to be successful as a coach than Dallas. I definitely think Gruden would be intrigued by that.
