The Oval Office speech was underwhelming. Three major errors and he added a word that wasn't on the teleprompter. Who does that? He was better at the press conference yesterday and the market responded. I think he's only interested in the "fun" parts of the presidency (AF1, rallies, meeting dignitaries, etc.) He's a Prez for good times only, not a crisis. He's not the kind to buckle down, study an issue and talk about it intelligently or authoritatively. Yes, the CDC fucked up, but the buck stops with you.

Fox News is a guilty as the rest in contributing to the panic mode. All the news organizations are going 24/7 with the virus story. That’s what I am worked up about when simple statistics plainly show that at this time there is not a pandemic unless you can declare that influenza is a bigger threat to the public. It’s a load of sensationalism by the news community and all have a personal political twist in the process.

And no I’m not beyond hope. I think my position on this topic has facts to support it some of which I have displayed. You on the other hand are taking a position the this is the crises of the century when clearly at this point there is no basis for that.
