the bar is REALLY low right now so I'd take him in a heart beat, at least you know he'll bust his ass solely focusing on winning instead of churning out nonsense on a daily basis to obfuscate the shitty job he, the coach or the team is doing

Aikman wouldn't even have to be a "football guy" who individually makes every personnel decision, let McClay more or less run the draft and make free agency decisions, just bring a culture of accountability, a focus on winning above all else, and a general team-building philosophy.

It's really pretty easy once you cut out all the tap-dancing on watermelons bullshit we get from Jerry.

That sort of feels like refusing to buy from Walmart to try and get them to close their doors. Sure you might do it but it's such a big financial powerhouse that you're not even a blip on the radar. They will just continue on with business as usual. It would take a massive Cowboys fans exodus to ever make Jerry feel any financial pain.
