I'm sure it was the knee.Anyone else notice Tyron Smith getting walked back into the pocket several times? Uncharacteristic of him.

Going to bat for McFadden seems like an odd complaint today.Aaron Rodgers beat us, straight up. I'm livid about how many perfect sideline catches they pulled off. Meanwhile Brice and Terrance are dropping perfectly delivered footballs.
The defense was supposed to make the difference here. Down their best receiver, while we were flush with DBs, we let them effortlessly score 3 straight TDs.
Doug Free can't be on this team anymore. That holding call in the first quarter killed us, he's done here. We need Leary to come back, Collins and Green should fight for RT.
If Dez gets lucky and stays healthy, this game should be an entry on his HOF reel. That time he intercepted the pass the Dunbar and rumbled it up the field was the coolest play of the game.
I feel like the 1st down on the 15 debacle was because the team REALLY wanted to get Witten his post season TD. I'm glad he eventually got it, but if we hand to Zeke 3 times in that situation, we wind up with 4 more points, I think the whole team would have been happier with 4 more points.
Our season started and ended with poor clock management.
Why the eff was McFadden not even given a chance. I swear to god, I don't think I'm all that smart, but it seems to me going empty backfield every time your RB gets tired is like showing your hand before the betting begins. McFadden made some plays during the season with very limited opportunities, God knows what he could have done when Capers is selling out to stop the pass.
Dak was amazing, but as much as penalties and WR drops hurt him, he got lucky with some throws, if they had starting quality DBs he probably would have been picked at least one more time.
Garrett must have been listening to Ravid, because this was a force it deep, fuck time of possession game plan. We can pass 7 times in a row, but rushing more than 3 times in a drive, that's crazy talk. We played for a shootout, and got what we asked for.
Meh, we were way behind and Zeke still had 22 carries for a buck 25.Honestly to me the coaching staff did not have the team ready to play.
That and again we gave up on the run
in a game lost by a last-second FG, each play counts. While I wont say we didn't run the ball enough or we got away from the run, two more Zeke rushes might've made a difference on the scoreboard with drive at the end of the half and preventing the INT.Meh, we were way behind and Zeke still had 22 carries for a buck 25.
You're kidding, right? The time of possession drive ended in a field goal, then I think you missed the part where they reeled off three straight touchdowns on us.Garrett must have been listening to Ravid, because this was a force it deep, fuck time of possession game plan. Had that ball been aimed right we wouldn't be talking about play selection in hindsight.in a game lost by a last-second FG, each play counts. I can't recall a single game where we complained about running the ball too much. Maybe we should try it.
When the coaches choose to go with a rookie QB over a proven veteran, coaches' play calling is fair to critique.Had that ball been aimed right we wouldn't be talking about play selection in hindsight.
good morning, sunshine. How we feeling? If it's up to me, neither Terrance Williams nor Brice Butler are in TC with this team next year. They can both go suck for another team.
Well we only have so many draft picks. I don't want to try and rebuild the entire roster. Everyone wants to replace Free, the WRs, we have 3 starting DB's scheduled to be free agents, we all want the D-line rebuilt. That's a lot of things to replace in the offseason. If I can keep a guy like Terrance Williams for cheap I'd do it. Unfortunately the same thing for Brandon Carr even though he gets beat way too much for my liking. I'd cut Crawford though if it would clear up some room. Talk about an under performing turd.If it's up to me, neither Terrance Williams nor Brice Butler are in TC with this team next year. I'm much better than last night. Although, I can tell you, I wasn't as suicidal as I thought I would be if we lost. I played cards with the wife and kids. But, even still, I was sitting there seething. I can't believe they sucked me in yet again only to once again rip out my heart. But, there is good to take from all this. Dak, Zeke and the entire offense (minus Butler and Williams) looked really good against a pretty good defense. So, the worries about having rookies at those positions in big games can get shitcanned now. It was the damn defense and coaching staff that lost us that game. And, that can be fixed (well, the defense can).good morning, sunshine. How we feeling?
Either through the draft or FA, Williams doesn't see the field as a Cowboy ever again if at all possible, if I had any say. Choking piece of shit body-catcher.Well we only have so many draft picks. They rode Dak hard and he bore well under pressure. He had had, what, 4 picks all year? That's really, really good. And that pick happened on what should have been a very high percentage throw. I don't know if Dak thought Beasley was going to be closer or what, but for whatever reason it happened. When the coaches choose to go with a rookie QB over a proven veteran, coaches' play calling is fair to critique.
A rookie will have higher propensity to not aim the ball right, so maybe we go with our league leading rusher on 3rd and short more often.
That play was a mixture of Hyde making a great play (well prepared by better coaches) and Dez missing the block. He ran wide of Dez to undercut the pass. They rode Dak hard and he bore well under pressure. He had had, what, 4 picks all year? That's really, really good. Even Rodgers had a pick yesterday.
YipeeOh, and for those concerned, Homer 2.0 is still alive and well. I'm pissed right now, but I have definite hope for our future even after the loss.
