Agreed that all we needed was a couple TDs-into-FGs. Just as true, all we needed was one FG-into-TD and we win.

The way I look at it, though, is that we committed a few mistakes ourselves leading to the FG.
Or if we could have just turned one of those TDs we gave up into a FG.

I don't want to talk about this game anymore. I want to forget about it as quickly as I can.

The only thing I'll say is that if I could do one singular thing differently, it would be to not spike the ball and just call play after play after play. I don't think GB's defense would have stopped us.

And that is all.

See ya, boys.
We should have not kicked the FG and gone fgor a first. Too much time and time outs for Rodgers. We blew it many ways. Coaching. Early tackling. Rusty. Penalties out the ass. And the spike.

You can't ask for a rookie QB to play much better than Dak played tonight.
Not that I'm blaming Dak because he played very well but you can't trot out the rookie excuse when you have a proven vet on the bench.

Isn't that what I said?

Anyway, especially looking at the Chiefs/Steelers game where the Steelers only have 12 points.

To all of y'all that are saying this season was just house money etc..

It is very hard to get HFA and we got it, and squandered it.

This was a wasted opportunity, not some beacon for the future.
Thought they'd be better prepared.

My thoughts exactly.

Sorry. I read it wrong.. Had thought it read if we could have converted one more TD instead of a FG.

We must have superior talent on both sides of the ball because we are always going to be out coached.

Would have been nice to beat the Packers, but after that defensive performance Atlanta would have chewed this team up next week.

We aren't going anywhere until the DL is shored up and we get a ballhawk in the secondary.

Garrett isn't going anywhere, and I doubt Marinelli is leaving either.

I'm out of here for awhile. Sick of the let downs when the games really matter.

Not sure what you're saying here. Are you saying that benching Dak and going with Romo in Week 10 or whatever would've made a difference leading to an NFCC?

I think UncleMilti's inaccurate in saying 'rookie' QB. I don't think you can ask for any QB to play much better than what Dak played tonight.

Next year's champs lost in title games. This isn't even that. This is more like "fake contenders".
Pathetic, isn't it? We can't even measure up to be Next Year's Champs of the 60s and Danny White era.

How about Next Year's SemiFinalists?

Yeah, but he didn't do anything tonight to suggest he can't be the guy.
Yeah, definitely promising, and I'm screaming off rooftops rooting that he is the guy because I'm sold on his character, too.
