If I had an extra $100 I would do that in a second. But I'm already needing to save up for GTA.
And I have a cruise coming up that's gonna cost some money.
Hmmmmmm.

When you are ready, I have some mod recommendations for improving the experience a bit. The community for these elder scrolls games really do a great job of adding content and producing gameplay tweaks that do not make it "feel" like a user-created mod but instead make it feel like a developer-sanctioned patch that should have been there all along. And the ease with which you can get most of them through the Steam workshop is just amazing (just find a mod you want and hit subscribe).
There is one in particular that you should consider to improve the interface called SkyUI. But it requires manually patching the game with another download called the Skyrim Script Extender (SKSE), so it's more involved than just subscribing in the workshop (one of the few that requires more action on your part). If you PM me your Steam handle I can add you as a friend on there and then you can check out the mods I've favorited/subscribed to.
Does the Legendary edition have all the DLC?
edit: Yes, it does.
Anyway, let me know your thoughts. Skyrim is definitely in the running for "favorite game all time" for me, but I am a total sucker for these open world games that let you go off exploring. I loved Oblivion too, you probably remember, though not everyone else did, and this game is definitely subjectively "better" than Oblivion in almost every way.
I bet the sounds one is "Sounds of Skyrim" right? I have that one.SKSE installs automatically now at http://skse.silverlock.org/
Just click on installer.
What are some good mods besides SkyUI? I have some mods for additional sounds and a mod that makes some npcs actually yield when they yell it.
I have the Amazon one preordered. Haven't read a single thing abut the game. Even if the game is a POS, it's worth buying for the NFL Sunday Ticket. No DirecTV for me, and I get dizzy when I watch Redzone exclusively. The Madden 25 demo was released today. I'm downloading it now.
Does anyone else plan on buying this year's version? If so I wanted to know if you guys were going to do the online league again.
I pre-ordered from Amazon as well. It's a hell of a deal to be able to get Sunday Ticket for essentially $40.I have the Amazon one preordered. Haven't read a single thing abut the game. I liked it. But that may be because I haven't played Madden since Madden 11 back in 2010.So what did you guys think of the Madden demo?
I knew a few plays in that it sucked. The same legacy problems continue to plague it. It still feels clunky and it still take way too long for receivers to get moving after they catch the ball.
Why is it so hard to get them to move smoothly through the catch and not take so long to come out of all the catch animations? And what's more, why do the issues they fix one year come back around eventually? The catching animations, the passing game, the useless pass rushers - all this has been issues that the Madden team has failed to solve through 7 versions of PS3 Madden.
I really hope that the upgrade in hardware helps to improve the gameplay of Madden, because this code really sucks and this entire generation of Madden games has been average at best.
Time to completely scrap this code and start all over, and I hope that's what they did for the next-gen version of the game.
FYI, NCAA 14 is better than this Madden that I just played.
Yea, I played on All-Pro too.I liked it. But that may be because I haven't played Madden since Madden 11 back in 2010.
So skipping a couple of years makes this year's version look good in my eyes.
I played through some of the skill drills and played half a game with the Seahawks. I thought the running game was better compared to the last version that I played.
What level were you playing on? I played on All-Pro.
The Big 12 may still be thinking about it, but the Pac 12 and Big 10 have decided to join the SEC in not license themselves to EA.UPDATE: ESPN's Kristi Dosh is reporting that the Big XII says they have yet to make a decision on the inclusion of their marks in future College Football video games.
Jeez, not me. I'm counting on Christmas demand to drive up the prices.Rumors are that PS4 releases on Oct 21st.
I hope it really does come out that soon.
