They thought that the voter registration card was always sufficient. Which you can borrow from a friend or friends if you want.I just don't understand how we've ever been allowed to vote without showing ID. It seems like such a derp thing that should have been corrected long ago.
The representation is based on the population of each district as outlined in the constitution, so I'm not sure what you mean. Using a grid and keeping districts with right angles prevents gerrymandering, but it does nothing to curb representation.Why have representation at all if it's going to be that unequal?
As it should be.ID law is discriminatory against non-citizens.
