Martin had a piss poor attempt at a block there, too. Lunges, leaves his feet and whiffs. His guy made the tackle.

Yep that could have been a nice gain if he made that block.

I'd say it is more of a shitty route by our guys since they ran into each other. Also this seems to be the only type of pick plays we know. Yet we see all the other teams doing it with 2 WRs on the same side of the field. It causing our team nightmares to defend. Why we don't try it I have no idea. Obviously the NFL isn't calling it.

How can you tell when we can't see the backside pursuit? Free has a tough job. Nice seeing Collins blocking multiple yards up field, though.
