I'm sure that he would come in and blame Linehan but this shit starts from the top down. If Linehan doesn't make the right call, Garrett has full ability to step in and fix that shit. The Bills brought him in hoping he'd win the job and instead he ended up 3rd string. But thankfully Jerry came along and gave them a draft pick for the bum. Not surprised since we're the same team content with having Weeden as our primary backup with no competition in camp.
Smart person puts Weeden in on that play but then again look who we are talking about.

Probably. But I think there is zero chance we'll draft a QB in the first. We'll ride the Romo train til he's done and then have to scramble around looking for a replacement just like we did when Aikman retired. Zero foresight with this front office.
Know what they need to start? A head coach draft. Any team that sucks gets to pick, barter for or trade up for whatever head coach is available. Why the hell not? There's already a precedent for trading draft picks for a coach.

Didn't take much conning. Jerry wanted to keep Garrett since he's a perfect yes man and being a former Cowboy QB buys him some favor with many of the idiots in the fan base.
