Is UofH good? I know they're ranked and undefeated but I haven't seen them play.
They have an elite RB playing QB. That's good enough to run circles around the shitty AAC teams they've played thus far. They have one quality win against L'ville, but even they are a 3 or 4 loss team.

My guess is Memphis, Navy and maybe Cincy all hand losses on them by the time it's done.

Mahomes has some growing to do.
Yeah he does. I hope he does it too.

He wasn't a bred QB like most are. He never attended a QB camp and didn't even start until halfway through his first year. He has been baseball all of his life. Right now he is running on instincts. A lot of the times the offense isn't even running. He looks deep first and then scrambles making big plays. The only bad thing about that is when he is a little off the whole thing burns. It is all him.

I think this pretty much sums up Oklahoma's beat down of Texas Tech.

PERINE, NO!!!!!

And BTW, keep our fight song out yo' mouth unless you want us to come back down there and drop some more haymakers on you.

It was good to see Mayfield actually feed the ball to the RBs today on the read options.

Coming into today I thought he'd been too greedy/selfish on those plays. Far too often he chose to run the ball himself instead of giving it to our stud RBs.

Hopefully after seeing today's results he's come to the realization that the RBs are better playmakers on the ground than he is.

If y'all keep the same setup you will go far. There is no reason to avoid using those backs and put all the pressure on the QB.

I agree. It's up to Mayfield to give up the ball more on read options and Lincoln Riley to call more run plays.

They also made a couple of personnel changes on the OL before the K-State game and the results have been fantastic.

Before those changes were made they were struggling to run the ball and in pas protection against everyone...including the weaker opponents. But as you saw today, they've finally put together an effective unit that works well together.

The spread with powerful backs and a mobile QB. Pretty damn sweet setup.

Tech has a really good RB that we don't use enough. Not as good at what OU has.

Another Wow!

USC Freshman LB Cameron Smith with 3 INTs today. One was a pick 6.

He's balling out like Sean Lee.
