Also, had the Giants won, and then we beat them this week (which I think would have happened), they'd only be a half game in front of us with us clinching the tiebreaker. Meanwhile the eagles would be buried. That would be a much better scenario since we'd only really have to worry about one team and we'd only have to tie that team.

I don't think they are good but I don't think they were good last year and they got to ten wins.

Regardless, I doubt we get our shit together so I'd rather see the Giants win the division than the eagles. Plus based on how I think things would shake out we'd have been better off with a NY win.

Right now the Eagles are doing better than the Cowboys so unless this weekend produces a winner for Dallas the season could be in jeopardy. No one is a clear leader in the division but the Eagles have more weapons at the moment.

I think the Giants are more dangerous if they get going.

They've got a dependable QB and an elite passing attack. They're also very well coached.

The Eagles have a bust at QB who is playing average at best football. Bradford has 9 interceptions to go along with 9 TDs. He's also missing open throws all over the place. They have weapons in the running game, but it hasn't amounted to much due to a combination of average blocking up front, and terrible coaching in terms of how they're using these RBs.

Did I mention their best pass catcher is Riley Cooper?

The Eagles are not a good team and that is not going to change.

I'll say it again, had the Giants won last week, they'd be 4-2 with a chance to go up 3 games over us this weekend, and that probably would have left us for dead. The Giants also have a soft 2nd half schedule too. The Eagles have the tougher road of the two.

I don't see how anyone thinking logically could say that Philly losing last week was more beneficial to the Cowboys in both the short and long term.

Geng just hates the Eagles so much that he'd rather just see them lose for that reason alone.

Replace the eagles with the Texans in our division and you get a sense of where I'm coming from. Fuck those assholes and every piece of shit that roots for them.

We are a long way from being in jeopardy this week if we lose. Two games in the 2nd half of the season that look rough...Seattle and Carolina.

We have some very winnable games in the second half of the season...Seattle, Carolina, and Green Bay are tough, but the rest of the schedule is not super challenging.
