That should be a touch back. Half the guy's body was laying in the endzone while he was pawing at the ball.
Once in the endzone, dont you need two feet inbounds to re-esatablish yourself?

Yes and it was clear in live action that the Packers' player didn't re-establish himself in the field of play before touching the ball. Ref was standing right there a few feet away looking at the play. Not sure how he missed the initial call.

FYI - Saints OL doing better job vs Philly's line than ours.

EDIT: ...and as soon as I say that, they collapse.
