That was my frustration, Schmitty. I say stupid shit out of frustration, but it has some truth to it.

This was a layup game for us given the X and O mismatches and we never took advantage of it until it was nearly too late.

You know what I was talking about deep down with Garrett and you just admitted it.

That's why I am not sold on him. It is what he has done all along.

He's never gonna run his starters through the full paces in preseason as much as I would like him to, so if that's why you aren't sold, you never will be, and that was a big reason for the struggles tonite.

As for the bit about Randle and McFadden, yeah, that was a little stubborn and frustrating but you are kidding yourself if you think Linehan wasn't in on that decision too. It's something I'm willing to give them a couple weeks to figure out isn't working. Especially because I'm giving them credit for trading for Michael, so they are hopefully evolving in that direction. If we correct it and still win the division, no harm no foul in my book.

If it costs us a playoff berth because we continue to fail at it down the stretch, then it is something to be upset about.
