You have to wonder if he is a special type of crazy. Afterall the Seahawks are willing to put up with Lynch who is basically bat shit crazy, but they couldn't work with this talented kid. Makes you wonder how bad his attitude is.
That's the caveat. They used a 2nd round pick two years ago on him, yet moved on. I know they have several running backs they feel good about, but you'd think their recent 2nd rounder would have the upper hand.

So what don't they like about him? That's the question. The narrative is he's been inconsistent and he's had fumbling issues. If that's the issues, we can work with that. If it's attitude, that's the type of thing a lot of otherwise talented players never overcome.

Just glad their hand was finally forced...they were bluffing like a mutha for awhile though.

Time to drop Dunbar, but they seem to think he's Darren Sproles for some reason.

You would think he would have just changed it to something else by now.

Christian.

Or better yet, Sea Bass.

I just want to know the thought process by his parents. It troubles me.
Didn't see the weiner in sonograms, and by the time he was born it was too late. Monogrammed goods are non-returnable..

After extensive research his mom thought he was going to be a girl. This did.not help. Maybe if they were a big fan of the King book and movie...I mean that was a harass Christine.

You've never made excuses...which I respect...don't start now.

Trying to understand parents naming their kids is a losing battle. My wife is a teacher and every year its the same thing.

Momma wanted a girl. It's that simple, unfortunately.

Personal[edit]
Michael's first name, which is unusual for a male, is pronounced chris-TIN /krɪsˈtɪn/.[9] His mother told him that she first thought the child to be a girl and so she chose the name before she knew the baby's sex; she likened the name to the character in the Johnny Cash song "A Boy Named Sue".[10]

Damn, timestamped by the same poster I was replying to. I think that's a ESPY/Flatty.

am i the only one who thinks C-Mike is more of a 2 year project for us? I don' t think he's going to play at all this season. I have a feeling he's going to learn the system and get less than 30 carries this year. Kind of like a Ryan Williams project/understudy type of thing but we will actually utilize him here

Not sure why we would do that with him. It's not like it takes a RB much time to learn a system.

learning the system was the wrong thing to say. I meant more-so teach him better mechanics: running style/holding onto the football etc. I feel like he is going to have to earn his trust here before getting any carries.

Now if randle and mcfadden suck or get injured, its obvious Lance Dunbar won't see any extra action

I don't know if that is the teams intention but I will say it's going to be difficult to have 4 RBs on the active game day roster. That means it could be hard for Michael to get carries at first. I fully expect McFadden to get his usual injury though and for Michael to play from there. I think it's less about developing his skills and more about just adding more talent to the position as an insurance policy.

learn a system? Eric Dickerson was traded and immediately ran wild for the Colts.
