They are sitting some completely healthy players. We just gonna sit them all preseason? Not sure I can agree with that.

No but I think you'll probably only see them in a couple of preseason games. I'm not really happy about Smith and Witten not playing though. If you're going to put Romo out there you sure as shit should have those two on the field. One guy protects his blind side and the other is the guy he is the most comfortable throwing to when there is pressure.

Again, more bullshit. If the kid does well, excellent. He's cheap and we don't have to sign a vet and pay them.

Who is going to be upset if he plays well? If he does, it partially validates the team not getting a vet.

Bottomline, the vet thing is probably off no matter what until after the first game unless someone was lost for the season.

I am not so much concerned about playing the starters now because the idea of preseason is to see what the depth can do. I do want to see the starters start to crank it up no later than the third game. That is what will get them ready for the opener.

We did some of the same stuff last year which is probably a big part of why we didn't win a single preseason game. Garrett has shown he couldn't give two shits about preseason.
