I mean let's be real here what difference does a call to Cuban make, does that do anything to lessen the blow.:lol

And really that's the job of his agent to notify Cuban, I realize it's "socially" the right thing to do but at the end of the day he really does not owe Cuban diddly.

And the more this goes on Dallas looks more like a whiny bitch.
Considering the fact that he gave him his word that he was joining the Mavs he kind of does owe him an explanation, as opposed to locking himself in his house like a petulant bitch.

Wrong and wrong.

First of all, how do you even ask what difference does it make? That's the whole point - that Jordan handled this like a complete bitch and the lack of professionalism is pathetic. Pick up the phone and say you're changing your mind....that's it.

I don't know why you're having such a hard time understanding this.

And answer me this, smart guy. How is his agent supposed to notify Cuban when he wouldn't even speak to him either? Did you not actually read all the details, or just the ones that you found interesting?

I get that you hate the Mavs and all and can't see past that, but it's a bitch move plain and simple and it was handled very poorly by Jordan.....period.
Not to mention the fact that Jordan's agent wasn't even there for for the meetings that he had with Clippers players/personnel because he doesn't want to be blackballed by the rest of the league for this ridiculous shit.

What team is going to trust that agent if he admits he facilitated all of this, or had a hand in it?

He says he wasn't there because he wants to save face and be able to have an ounce of credibility left in the league.

It's like when you breakup with a girl by just ignoring them and no longer talking to them...

Yea, that's why I think Jordan ignored his agent and the agent's partner because any half-decent agent is going to implore him to at least communicate with the Mavs to let him know of his decision.

Jordan knew he was wrong and probably suspected that they would want him to speak to the Mavs, so he didn't speak to his agents during that time either.

What a bum.

So either Jordan is dumping agents, or in his act of selfishness, he screwed over his agents in the process by making them look bad too which may make their relationship irreparable.

And yet you never explained how a phone call makes a bit of difference, would Cuban be all in chill mode now?

I haveread just about averything regarding this and at no point did I hear Fegan was out of the loop and who told Cuban it was over by 8:30 when he told his staff?

Hey if calling Deandre a bitch makes you feel better, more power to you.

He does not owe him shit.

Was it a bad look yes but acting like this is some huge issue is laughable, how many unreturned calls does it take to get the message.

He was going to get vilified either way and after what's going around about his agent and Cuban maybe he was just giving both the middle finger.

But hey a phone call would have just made everything a ok.:lol

You just don't get it so there's no point in explaining it to you any further.

But it has zero to do with how it makes Cuban feel. It's about professionalism and basic etiquette.

Exactly. Not sure why Jiggy can't grasp this.

So I wonder if Jiggy would be fine with successfully negotiating a new high-paying job with a company....and as a result of landing the new job quits his old job.

Then on the day that he's supposed to report to the new job he attempts to enter the building to visit the HR office to make the hire official he's unable to gain access because there's no record of him being offered a job and he's not on the access rosters. The recruiter/manager who offered him the job refuses to answer his calls for days on end.

Now poor Jiggy is SOL. No new job. No old job.

But hey, Company X doesn't owe Jiggy shit, right?

Yeah thats totally the same as this.

Come on man get real and if that did happen just like this, a phone call would not mean shit because I am still out of a job.

Like I said before does that phone call make everything better?

And I am not saying Dallas does not have the right to be pissed but all of this bitching and moaning about a phone call is weak.

Move on it's over.

Actually a phone call does do something. A phone call helps maintain a relationship for possible future business opportunities.

But DeAndre Jordan decided to burn a bridge. One of golden rules of business is never burn bridges.

So in your mind a phone call would have made everything ok and Cuban would have been fine?

Once he decided to go back that bridge was nuked.:lol

I saw a few reports on Twitter that Joel Embiid is going to need that 2nd foot surgery and he'll miss the entire 2015-2016 season.

Dirk is no longer an important piece to a championship caliber team.
He would be, if he suddenly teleported into one. Imagine him on the Spurs last year, a team that missed 100 open 3s against the Clips. Imagine him on the Cavs or the goddamned Rockets, or the Thunder. Imagine him as the 4th best guy on a team. If I had a team in real contention, I'd trade my immortal soul to get a guy like Dirk to be at the very very very worst a better version of Robert Horry than Horry ever dreamed of being, who can come in and hit 3s and free throws at will at the end of the game.
