No. The DL is more talented this year, nothing for me to wait and see about.
Not debating whether they are more talented. I am wondering if everyone is going to get on the field enough to help.

It's not being cute, it's factually based. Meaning once that appeal is filed there is no judgment. Right now he has no suspension at all. Now odds are eventually a suspension will be handed down but no retard believes it will be for 10 games. In fact if it is upheld for 10 games, it will be appealed to the court system. Which will once again prevent him from missing games while the court system hears the appeal and makes a decision. At which time they have already set a precedent of 4 games for these types of offense.

So yes, right now there is no suspension. If I put the over under on a number of games he will miss, I'd say odds on favorite would be 4.
Where did the "10 game suspension " come from that is on appeal? Something is being appealed. Was it a mystical idea that someone just made up?

No, it wasn't made up, but you are misunderstanding the nature of the process, I think.

An appeal of the suspension is.... like... a "de novo" hearing. It means the original decision is erased and you are starting over. It isn't any more likely that he now receives a 10 game suspension than it is he receives an 8 game or 6 game suspension, so you can't treat it like "he's on the hook for 10 and only intervention can save it."

Its not that at all. He is currently free to play and Henderson is going to give him a suspension somewhere between 0-10 games with 10 being no more likely (in fact significantly less likely) than a couple other options.

This is exactly right.

Who besides Hardy is scheduled to miss time?

You made the response directly to a post about the D-line though. Unless you are referring to Terrell McClain.
I believe I was addressing the defense. If you can find otherwise I will stand corrected.

Carp says "Who besides Hardy is scheduled to miss time?"

LT Responds "McClain."

Do you see how this discussion was addressing the defensive line? All of the above quotes are copied and pasted and you both were quoting each other's posts when you made those comments. That's why I'm not sure how you jumped to Rolando.
