I think he should have started with the major rebuild. By waiting 2 years and then getting "his guys" anything short of a division championship for them will be a total failure this year. He is going to feel a lot of heat this year. I understand sometimes you have to break it down to build it back up but Kelly is doing it without rhyme or reason.
His GM decisions were beyond erratic. The Murray acquisition was a perfect example of his lack of plan. Frankly this feels like some shit Dan Snyder would pull.

Yeah, I can't believe he paid Murray what he did. I guess he was paying for Murray being a great professional and teammate, but that's way too much for those intangibles. Plus he has to know Murray is likely to get hurt after that incredible workload.

I can only guess he's thinking about more than just 2015. Maybe he gives him a light load this year and then leans on him more next year.

Gambling on injury once is one thing, the Sooner duo with him AND Bradford? Yeesh.
