Claiborne is shaping up to be one of the worst first rounders in team history.
Shaping up?

You say that as if he hadn't already solidified himself as one of if not the worst 1st rounder in history.

The 6th pick of the entire draft has sucked out loud, been a soft bitch, can't stay healthy, and has a grand total of 3 interceptions in his 3 seasons.

He's already one of the worst picks we've ever made, the debate now becomes whether he was THE worst 1st round pick we've ever made.

Texas hasn't been as bad in recent years.
They are still bad but there are players that will perform. We could use Orakpo, Earl Thomas, and McCoy. Just have to give Strong a couple more years to get the program right.

Claiborne on the other hand will milk this injury as long as possible and then pout like no other if he isn't immediately bumped right back into a starting role. I just don't think he has the work ethic or give a shit to make it on the Cowboys. A change of scenery in my opinion is his only hope of savaging his career.
A change of scenery will do him no good if he possesses all of the traits you say he does - and I agree that he does - so I think he's just going to suck no matter where he goes, because no work ethic coupled with think skin and a soft mentality is a recipe for failure.
