Sorry. I didn't know Clay was around the team that much. He also said it was widely known but how widely? It has eluded me.
I've seen numerous articles on it, most recently Jerry said Linehan was first coach to get onto Romo in a long time.

You do seem to have the pulse of the team.
I nor anyone on this board has the pulse of the team and that is part of the point.

Was that for execution, changing plays , or what? Linehan and Wilson have seperate roles with Romo.

Well, Clay based his opinion partially on the Cowboys, but his other stops as well. Based on that he formed an opinion.

Basically you are arguing that no one should have an opinion on if Wilson is good as a QB coach. Is this accurate?

I think it's pretty obvious by watching the sidelines. Before, Romo never ever went over and talked to anyone on the sidelines, especially not Wilson, and especially when things weren't going well. Now he is in Linehan's ear constantly on the sidelines. It's telling.

All of the above I believe. First I ever heard of this subject was an interview Gruden did with Laufenberg think 3yrs ago where he(Gruden) asked who gets on to Romo when he messes up in practice to which the reply was noone does. Gruden then just said that's not good, not good at all.

People can have any opinion they want if it is an opinion. The statements regarding Wilson were not opinions but stated as fact the he wasn't a good position coach. I ask them on what basis did they make that determination.

Could be the case.

He provided what he did with the Bears and Raiders...what else are you looking for?

No. He said he failed. That doent make his tenure here bad. Johnson has a tremendous career in Dallas but an average one in Miami. Bellicek had a miserable career in Cleveland but an exemplary one in NE. There are other examples but the point is one doesn't substantiate the other.

Sting would be another person who's a hero. The music he's created over the years, I don't really listen to it, but the fact that he's making it, I respect that.

I don't really care. Clay and many others share an opinion that they would like another QB coach. You apparently do not, props.

True. So far Dallas is doing okay with this one.
