Patriots are an early 1 point favorite over the Seahawks.

I noticed Sherman was shook up. Any diagnosis?
X rays were negative and he says that he's 100% sure that he'll play.

They showed a replay of the injury and it looked like his elbow was hyper-extended.

I forgot about "U mad bro".

I'm sure that'll be talked about next week during media day.

Paper tigers?

They won the toughest division and are back in the Super Bowl. That's not a fluke, IMO.
I wouldn't give them the toughest division remark. Arizona completely fell apart when Palmer went down and San Fran just played out the string of their coach.

Will Brady go after him? Or will he shy away like the majority of other qbs do?

If he shys away, I like Seattles chances.

Just saw Russell Wilson's press conference.

Yeah, I officially hate the guy now.

I like the Pats to win...but Seattle makes teams play ugly. Blount should get lots of carries and I want to see who Seattle matches up on Gronk.

I've been rooting for Seattle. They play a different style of football that appeals to me. Russell stunk today but today was an anomaly. Normally he's rock solid. Not spectacular but solid.
For perspective, it's only the fifth time in 55 games that he's had a multi-pick game. First time he's had 4 as a pro.

They live and die by the defense though. That and the Skittles fiend at RB.

Aaron Rodgers goes 19/34, 178 yards, 2TD and 1 INT

Give credit to Seattle's D. Did what we couldn't

Seattle has an efficient defense but not one that hounds the QB by racking up six or seven sacks. That'll play into Brady's hands unless they consistently harass him like the Giants did.

I'm pretty convinced that at some point, Chancellor and Gronk will smash into each other at full speed and the planet will be ripped in half.

If Romo were to have his Buffalo Bills MNF game in the NFCC to win...this gameday chatter thread would have to be immortalized.

Was he doing his "Jesus found a way for us to win" bit?

That gimmick has been officially played out for about 15 years now.
