Agreed, but it depends on who. Like family can pick on family, but a beatdown to a stranger is warranted who says the exact same thing. NoDak is becoming, if not already, an outsider at this point.
:lol

Oh no. The Asian Gallagher thinks I'm an outsider.

I was proud of how he redeemed himself.

I admit to cussing him like a sailor and saying how he was nothing but a wasted draft pick. Then he sacks the qb, stripping the ball in the process, AND recovers the ball!
Hilarious. I had to do a double take when I realized it was him.

Y'all can make fun if you want but I had tears in my eyes after this game. Tears for Romo and Lawrence as well as for a team that nobody gave a chance to begin the season...myself included.

Well this is probably true. I think if anyone besides NoDak said it there probably wouldn't have been any rage.
For me, that's correct. You, me and other off-the-wall posters can laugh and toast beers after the game with stupid shit being said...but then some stranger bursts through the saloon doors and starts barking. F that.

I'm very happy for Romo.

Those knuckleheads on NFL were talking Leon Lett redux. Only when Leon did his shit, we were up on Buffalo by about 50....

This was the game Lawrence had given away..incredible.
They aren't talking about the Super Bowl. They're talking about the Thanksgiving game in 1993 when we blocked a Miami FG to win the game and Lett tried to dive on the ball and Miami recovered thus getting another FG shot which they hit to win the game.

So, since I wasn't here to read and discuss...

What was the collective mood when Bailey missed? I felt a huge drain and a letdown.

We had gotten that interception and to come away with no points was deflating, not to mention that
Bailey never misses. It seemed like it wasn't our day.

For me it was such a roller coaster interception to 3 and out to missed FG, I just felt kind of numb.

[h=1]Cowboys already selling Ice Bowl II shirts
http://www.foxsports.com/southwest/story/dallas-cowboys-green-bay-packers-ice-bowl-ii-shirts-010415

The Dallas Cowboys don't waste any time on trying to cash in on their playoff success.
Just a few hours after their 24-20 win over the Detroit Lions the team's Web site was already selling shirts promoting next Sunday's divisional playoff game at Green Bay.

DallasCowboys.com

The Ice Bowl II shirt is already available according to the site for $25.99.
The last time the Cowboys played a playoff game at Lambeau Field was the Ice Bowl in 1967. Of course any Cowboys' fan can tell you that the Packers won that game, which was for the National Football League Championship, 21-17.
Lame...

I felt a little gratified after we took the lead, I wasn't sure if we'd win, but the fact that Romo pitched the TD to take the lead in the playoffs felt like a change of legacy for him.

I can't find it, but after they picked up the PI flag, didn't Detroit punt it on a 4th and 1?

It was. I just thought about his first gaffe which had no impact on the game. But yeah that
Thanksgiving game was in hand, and he blew it. However, we did go to the SuperBowl again that year.

Tried to draw us off, took the 5 yard delay of game, then shanked the punt
If Detroit fans would be honest with themselves, its more laughable that Detroit didn't go for it on a 4th and very makable run vs a picked up flag. Its not like the PI was a no call on a 4th down, or on a 3rd and 20.

Detroit had opportunities outside of a PI no call.

BTW, I saw someone comment about Stuart Scott in here.

Found it interesting the cat was making 3.2 million a year, and forking out 60k per MONTH in alimony to his ex.

Thats a long ways away from being at WPDE in shitty Florence SC (60 miles up the road from me) and being on air at odd hours.

:lol

If it had happened to us and not Detroit, at such a pivotal point, we would be blaming the loss on the ref's and every one of you damn well knows it. The flag was a ridiculous call. PICKING UP the damn flag and admitting they made a stupid call? Unheard of. Usually they just ride and die with a call like that, indignant, unapologetic and proud of it.

You are very annoying.

I thought it was GSM since I didnt have faith that our defense could sustain.

Posting after the game is over about posts in game is what is stupid. And, yeah, I think it's a reason to get up in arms.

Either post when emotions are high or STFU once it has settled down.

This is fair. I like to watch the games on my own, but I rarely get into the posting after the fray nonsense either. Though I dont really need to hear about your bathroom habits either. Anyway, onward to Lambeau.
