Why? It's funny looking back and seeing things we have done that are stupid. Especially when riding the high of a win.
Agreed, but it depends on who. Like family can pick on family, but a beatdown to a stranger is warranted who says the exact same thing. NoDak is becoming, if not already, an outsider at this point.

I agree with how you've characterized this, but disagree that we *need* to be that way.
Agreed. That's where the debate with Schmitty and the negligence of running comes in. We could just pound Murray to death, but it seems that the first sign of passing comes up, we're going all-pass.

During the thread I may or may not have suggested Demarcus Lawrence should be raped to death. That was said in the heat of the moment, please no one attempt to sexually assault Demarcus Lawrence.
Anyone seen Thorn since then?

I agree with you that I didn't think it was a penalty. However, "people" will say it's a bad call because a flag was actually tossed and recanted, especially after verbally being announced.
All I hear is "if he gets his head turned...." yada yada yada.

Kinda hard to turn your head when you are be dragged by your facemask. I'm still wondering why this has yet to be pointed out.

Remember when they took Tom Brady's SB trophy away for the tuck rule? How about the Ravens not getting any credit for their victory, since there was a clear non-call that affected the end of the game?
I posted similar comments on twitter.

Every week there are tons of bad calls that impact games and it seems that 90% of those bad calls are offensive players getting the benefit of the doubt on some type of personal foul or pass interference penalty.

A defensive player finally gets the benefit of the doubt on a close call, which happens like 5% of the time, and everyone is acting as if this was some type of huge travesty.

Boo freaking hoo.

There will be about a dozen other questionable calls to gripe about next week. Like it or not, it's part of the game.

Most Detroit fans I know aren't blaming the loss on the call at least. I think It's mostly the Cowboys have a unique anti fandom that'll get behind anything like this.

By the way. I HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATE how much we went empty backfield.
Agreed. It was confusing to see so much of it. I think Murray was real frustrated.

Yeah, I was livid when they called the penalty originally. For me personally I think it's more important that the refs get the call right though and if someone helped to correct it then it is a good thing. It shouldn't have been called in the first place though, I don't think it's the refs playing favorites by getting the call correct.

i was just thinking...say that Demarcus Lawrence fumble played out and we lose the game.

The debacle that would ensue here, radio talk shows and other media would break the internet.

Well this is probably true. I think if anyone besides NoDak said it there probably wouldn't have been any rage.

I was proud of how he redeemed himself.

I admit to cussing him like a sailor and saying how he was nothing but a wasted draft pick. Then he sacks the qb, stripping the ball in the process, AND recovers the ball!

I was a little worried it was a Leon Lett moment. Just so stupid not to fall on it.

[h=1]Cowboys already selling Ice Bowl II shirts
http://www.foxsports.com/southwest/story/dallas-cowboys-green-bay-packers-ice-bowl-ii-shirts-010415

The Dallas Cowboys don't waste any time on trying to cash in on their playoff success.
Just a few hours after their 24-20 win over the Detroit Lions the team's Web site was already selling shirts promoting next Sunday's divisional playoff game at Green Bay.

DallasCowboys.com

The Ice Bowl II shirt is already available according to the site for $25.99.
The last time the Cowboys played a playoff game at Lambeau Field was the Ice Bowl in 1967. Of course any Cowboys' fan can tell you that the Packers won that game, which was for the National Football League Championship, 21-17.

Those knuckleheads on NFL were talking Leon Lett redux. Only when Leon did his shit, we were up on Buffalo by about 50....

This was the game Lawrence had given away..incredible.

In that moment I screamed so loud it shook the walls. It was pretty damn cathartic.
