That horse shit call against the Chiefs is going to cost us when we miss out on the playoffs at 11-5 in a 3 way tie with Detroit and Arizona.

On the bright side, the 49ers are imploding in glorious fashion. Also enjoyed the Eagles loss but they will likely win out the rest of the way winning the East and possibly getting a bye if the Seahawks slip one more time.

Question I threw out on Twitter.....

Worst QB contract.....Kaepernick, Cutler, or Ryan?

I say Kaepernick. I can see that guy crashing and burning a la RG3.
PM me your twitter handle. Not sure I have you.

God I hate Sherman. Such an ahole. He's like Kanye West. Smart enough to not be a jerk but can't help himself.
He's easy to hate on, but I don't seem too mind much since I'm constantly pulling for the Seahawks the last few years since they've been the main competitor to the 49ers. Kind of like I've found myself over the years pulling for the Ravens since they were usually the only team capable of winning the AFC North over Pittsburgh. Guess it's the old 'the enemy of my enemy is my friend' thing.

Well the good news is our destiny is still in our hands. Win out and we're in. Two tough games but can be done.

2-1 looks like to me.
The Bears and Vikings are both pretty weak teams. However I also don't think Detroit is so good that they can't have a slip up against a bad team.

Dallas just needs to keep winning at this point.

What was the horseshit call?
Kansas City was driving, down 3 and at the Arizona 20 with about 5 minutes left, the refs overturned a call to a fumble when they originally said the runner was down. There was no clear evidence whatsoever that the ball was out before he went down, the Chiefs would've at least tied it, if not taken the lead.

Honestly, if this team were a true contender (which they aren't), they'd come out next week and beat the Eagles after that embarrassment on Thanksgiving. And from there we'd only be a home game against a good, but not great Colts team, and a road game against a likely 3 win Skins team who looks to have given up away from a 1st round bye.

It's not much of a leap to say a team that should contend should win out, but we all know they won't.

It's possible, we were kinda in this situation in 2009. We ran the table over the last three games and won the division.

The Eagles game next week will be very telling. If we beat the Eagles I think this team will again have the look of a contender. If we get beat down by the Eagles again it won't really matter if we get the wild card anyway.

Just dawned on me that the Rams have pitched two straight shutouts. 76-0 combined.
