The thing that really worries me about the Colts is TY Hilton. If we don't double cover him on every play we are absolute fools. Otherwise, their O-line sucks, there run game isn't shit and I think we can at least slow the rest of their weapons.
It doesn't take special weapons to beat this defense.

The Colts are going to put up plenty of points whether we contain Hilton or not.

I'm sick of watching them sit around with their hands in their laps as they start collapsing and blowing big leads, so it was great to see someone finally go off then turn around and make a play too.
The thing that bothers me most is Garrett in those situations. He shows absolutely no emotion when that stuff happens. I have no idea how he can even do that. Thank God we have Marinelli to chew a little ass.

You think what happened to our defense was a result of being in prevent? :lol

What happened there is that the defense just remembered it was a piece of shit unit like it's been all year.
Its a combination of the two.

I think you are overreacting a bit with the "you can't take ANYTHING positive out of this win" bit.... Of course you can... We now have 9 wins and will probably get to 10.

But of course on the flip side, it should be painfully obvious that this defense has regressed to the point where it can't be taken seriously as a contender to go deep into the playoffs, either.

You might get in. Might win a game. I'll take it over 8-8.

Did you forget that they have Trent Richardson?! Huh?! Did you?!

Sure, but the Colts defense is pretty pathetic. We don't need to shut the Colts offense down. We just need to slow them. Which we should be able to do if we can stop Hilton.

I'm still trying to understand why on earth that brain dead moron Garrett was thinking when he ran an unnecessary play at the end, and to DeMarco Murray no less.

Imagine if he had gotten hurt there.

Garrett acts sometimes as if he's coaching a foreign sport that he's never seen before.

I agree with just about everything you said, but I would change the wording of one sentence to read "...it should be painfully obvious that this defense has regressed to the point where it will prevent the team from making the playoffs".

Man...I thought it was a great move at the time. He is so full of fail.
He looked like the real deal leading up to the draft. He ended up costing both the Brown and Colts way, way too much for what he gave/gives.

We will score on the Colts, and they are too one-dimensional of an offense.

Brent looked half decent tonight, I saw him holding up against the run and pushing OL back with his strength. If he can stay off the sauce he will be a solid rotational player for a group that desperately needs size on the interior.

Yeah, not sure he is in good enough shape to help us against the Eagles but I think he could be a big help in all of our other games and hopefully in the playoffs.

I missed him. Its good to hear he fared decent. We need big bodies, and he;s certainly that.

We've had some epic choke jobs in the Romo era.....some of the most inexplicable ones I've ever seen. But if we lose this game, those past chokes wouldn't even compare to this.

Even if we hold on, whatever positive feelings we had are completely gone.

Pathetic.

Yeah thats what I saw, he is the only 1 tech that can defeat single blocking and hold up a double team.

I was dissapointed in everybody else but Crawford, this pass rush is straight booty.

change yours to "where it could prevent the team from making the playoffs". I still think they get 10 and based on tiebreakers could make or miss the playoffs based on that. Just dont think they will lose to Washington. I know all the past junk but this team is different from the past. They are just hampered by past decisions to not build a defense.

Philly has the leagues best offense, so Dallas' own offense has to play well to have a chance of winning.

The Eagles have their OTs intact for the home stretch. It's going to be a battle, though, I can feel it
Ravi I see you have been converted about Philly. You previously thought they were smoke and mirrors and would be exposed. Welcome to the dark side. Philly is a really good team and can play With anyone as long as Sanchez is afforded protection.
