Seahawks add a safety, which could mean no Kam Chancellor on Sunday

Posted by Mike Florio on October 11, 2014, 6:01 PM EDT

The Seahawks have made a pair of roster moves on Saturday, possibly shedding some light on the status of one of their injured players.

The team has announced that safety Steven Terrell has been promoted from the practice squad. To create the roster spot, the Seahawks waived defensive end Greg Scruggs.

Scruggs, a seventh-round pick in 2012, appeared in 11 games as a rookie. He spent the 2013 season on injured reserve, and Scruggs was inactive for Seattle’s four prior games this season.

The promotion of Terrell suggests that safety Kam Chancellor, who is questionable with a hip problem. While Terrell doesn’t play strong safety, he gives the Seahawks depth behind Earl Thomas, since his normal understudy (Jeron Johnson) would start for Chancellor, if Chancellor doesn’t play.

You guys should be ashamed for not giving her props for her pink bracelet. She said she was going to be wearing it in all her videos this month to show support alongside the NFL.

She was working hard to keep pulling it up to keep it in camera view. Well, when she wasn't obsessivly pawing at her own face, that is.

I didn't even watch the video. It would just infuriate me and make me want to punch my laptop, and I don't need that today. I will get plenty of that later.

I saw on a Seahawks board, their version of Hostile (think insider information) was reporting that Okung is playing poorly because of a torn labrum in his shoulder. Supposedly, they're trying to hide the injury and he'll play through the season with it, then have surgery. Nobody but the Seahawks know about the injury... ~que spooky music~
How does Joe fanboard guy have some clue about something like that? And it's not on an injury report somewhere?
I'm watching ESPN and they just had a scroll across the bottom of the screen and it said that a local Seattle station is reporting that Okung is fighting through a labrum injury.
