Jerry Jones wants to see more touches for Cowboys’ backup backs

Jerry Jones has some thoughts about the Cowboys’ offensive play calling.
Jones said that with DeMarco Murray on pace to carry the ball 396 times this season, it would be a good idea to get backup running backs Lance Dunbar and Joseph Randle more involved to make sure Murray stays healthy for 16 games.
“If we can, it would be good to have Dunbar with a few more touches,” Jones said on 105.3 The Fan, via the Dallas Morning News. “But make no mistake about it, Joseph Randle can be effective out there, too. We probably should have at least Randle get a few more snaps. I think he got seven the other day, and you probably could push that up if you’re going to have that many run plays, you probably could double that and be pretty smart about how you’re exposing Murray.”
Murray has 99 carries and nine catches this year, a workload that would be almost impossible to keep up — especially for someone with a history of injuries like Murray. Dunbar (who has 11 carries and five catches) and Randle (nine carries and zero catches) are likely to get more involved in the offense, whether that’s a matter of game planning or a matter of necessity because Murray gets hurt.

How about this... how about we let the OC that's having massive success determine who gets touches and who doesn't? In short, STFU.
