I suspect a Judge will take a dim view of this action because the " offended " party did not start her lawsuit in a timely manner. 5 years is a little much to wait and decide you were "damaged".

As much as I want this to be true, it's probably a money grabbing ploy by some stung out floozy who wants to cash in now that the photos have gone public. The only thing that could get rid of Jerry would be if a series of photos or a video surfaced of him committing those sexual acts on one of the girls. And even then, it may not be enough.
