The sad thing is there are some corners I like in this draft but we have made such a priority of it up to this point that we can't even talk about them any longer. I wish we would have just let that position come to us instead of pushing it so hard.

Depending on what we give up for Donald, I would be ecstatic. Dude is easily a top 3 player in this draft and can be the cornerstone of our defense for a decade.

I wouldn't consider corner in this draft. Next year we can look into it if Black Weiner doesn't do anything this offseason to make us comfortable with him playing in the Nickel in 2015.

I'm fine with leaving open the possibility that Claiborne and Scandrick could be serviceable starters in 2015 whilst spending those resources rebuilding the DL.

That has killed me too. I made up a complete 100 player draft board the last three years and spent 4 days on it each time (not all day, but I put in a couple of hours per day over 4 days). This year, without the mock, I didn't do it.

I have probably spent as much time on this draft as I ever have, even more than when I used to put up the draft site for the board.

It is very confusing and tough to predict. I have never seen it so hard to guess.

I know we say that every year, but this is really the case. Usually you can do a mock by this stage and the cat is out of the bag with some and you can hit three or so picks in the first round. Can't say that this time around.

Oh, I totally get that...but that's what makes me nervous. 16th is kinda no-mans land, and its exactly where Jerry gets all antsy when his guys aren't there and he tries to make a big splash...ya know...cause he's Jerry the GM. A real GM strides right along like Cool Hand Luke. Jerry panics, does a Nutty Professor and does something retarded.

It could be decent, or it could be horribly bad.
