I tweeted back to Machota...Jerry is officially fucking senile.

Highsmith started five games in a Cowboy uniform in 1990.

I guess my puny Twitter presence isn't enough to get his attention.

He will regret this.
He must be busy. He is usually all over Jerry for this mess.

Yeah I remember this back then.

And it helped I was a huge Hurricane mark back in the day. Loved the swagger.

Interesting... so maybe it wasn't so amazing that Jerry hired Jimmy to begin with.

Hiring a coach who just won a National Championship? Hiring that same guy you also played with in college?

Johnson would have ended up in the NFL eventually. If not with Dallas, someone else.

But hey, lets give Jerry "credit". Sure.

Or he could have had his wife and/or daughter stroke his cock, or done it himself.

Whatever it took to keep a coach that just won back to back Super Bowls.
I don't even give a shit about the break up. What he did after it was the most unforgiveable part. Switzer? Then Gailey? Then Campo?

Besides the brief respite when he needed his stadium, he has hired horrible head coaches.

I hate this line of thinking. Shouldn't our pro scouts know what they would have in Melton. I mean, isn't that kinda their job?

Yep, and who better than Marinelli would know Melton

You should know by now we have a notoriously lazy front office.

Oh, I know. It just pisses me off every time I see more evidence of it.

It's our typical lazy and uneducated scouting approach.

We should be going with Melton over Hatcher 10 times out of 10.

On top of what you guys already said, I'd add to that that Melton is 27 and Hatcher is 32, and Melton has been a solid player for a while now whereas Hatcher had his first good season of his career despite having been around a long time.

Only these morons would choose Hatcher in this situation because they "know" him better.
