The second half felt like the Eagles finally started to lose the officials. I'm still not sure how their RG can do all the fucking girations he is doing before the ball is snapped and it not be illegal. The Eagles do some of the weirdest shit that never bites them in the ass. The center snapping his head like that finally got called but the Eagles Oline moves all over the place before the ball is snapped. It's crazy.
i agree. What is that bs line movement the guards are doing? What kind of loophole is that? And they spin really quickly. Seems like it should be illegal

I mean we still have to beat the Chiefs or Lions to have a chance. But honestly neither team looked great today.

And you're right. I'm thrilled to ruin those mongloids in Philly's Sunday.
Dallas has to go 5-1 to get to the playoffs. This clears bad tiebreakers with Carolina (We also need the 49ers to beat Carolina)

We need 10-6-1, while 9-7-1 is likely going to see us miss, and beyond that we’re just looking to see some cool plays and play spoiler.

Minnesota, Washington, and the Giants have to be wins for the playoffs to even be a possibility.

The Chargers, Chiefs, and Lions are the hardest games, and of them Detroit is another tie-breaker potential we best avoid by beating them. It’s essentially another must-win, because of the tie-breakers.

Beating all the remaining NFC teams puts Dallas at 9-5-1. That means 1 loss can come from the Chargers or Chiefs.

I think we match up best against the Chiefs vs the Chargers.

Factoring odds vs each team and tie-breakers, I put successful playoff odds at 23% or nearly 33% if the defense has become a true top ten unit.

So fuck it, go Cowboys in any case

It's not worth worrying about the playoffs at this point, it's very unlikely given the hole they dug (or you could say Jerry dug since if we had an impact player like Williams from week 1 we'd probably be no worse than 7-4).

I'm just happy to see the defense rounding into form somewhat, it's still not anywhere near what you need to compete deep into the playoffs but with a hit or two in the draft it could be.

You're starting to see guys like Osa and Fowler flash more because OL's are focused on Williams, they almost always had 2 guys going his way in clear passing situations which left opportunities open for guys like Osa, such as on that play.

If Williams wasn't here you'd probably have Osa and either Clark or Thomas on the interior there, Osa would be the one getting doubled and you'd be relying on Clark/Thomas to win against single blocks. That's something they can of course do here and there, but not at the same level that someone like Osa will.
