This happened a while back and it was very different how it was reported here in Charlotte. Now it hits the cess pool of the internet and the narrative twisted. Just fucking gross.

Look at this bullshit.

This animal was originally sentenced to 5-10 years in prison for sexually abusing a little girl for 5 years, starting when she was 7 years old to age 12.

The judge suspends the sentence and hands hands him a sentence of just 180 days in local jail in Idaho, 8 years of probation, $2600 in fines, and 200 hours of community service. He also does not have to register as a sex offender thanks to the plea deal.

I don't know but it reminded me of a California case from about 10 years ago where a Stanford student was given a really light sentence after being convicted of raping a women that was passed out drunk.

IIRC, the judge's reasoning was he didn't want to ruin the defendant's life because of one bad decision. I think they ended up recalling that judge over that one.

Yeah I brought it up because as crazy as it sounds, I could see the judge rationalizing that he didn't want to ruin the guy's life because he was "only" a teenager when he committed the crimes.

By my math he was 14 when he started and 19 when he stopped abusing her.

Probably because he was 14? Not excusing it but not sure what the evidence was of the abuse after he became an adult. Very fucked up.

So they can claim victim and "prove" how aggressive and violent that the facist, nazi conservatives are. That is exactly the message Charlie Kirk was trying to spread. That people can have a productive dialog without resorting to rage and violence.

Trust me, I know. I've been in this position more times than I can remember. If they attack you or somebody else, sure. Defend yourself. Make them think twice about ever doing that to somebody again. But all this POS was doing was talking. Acting like an idiot on a live stream, trying to get a reaction so he could play the victim to his audience.

Somebody poses a physical threat to myself or the people I love, then it's one step up in force conveyance. But if some peacock is just strutting around preening? Fuck 'em. Not worth my time to give them the attention they so desperately crave.
