There are actually a lot of people that are willing to openly celebrate it. And if not openly, are certainly more than willing to do it in chats with their friends, family or fantasy football league or whatever. I'd actually say it's actually a pretty decent percentage of Liberals. It is not a small percentage unfortunately.

Read an article where ATF agents quoted as saying shooter only needed good gun and scope with not much training.

A two hundred yard shot from the prone supported position at a stationary target with a rifle and scope is a pretty easy shot. The shooter was not rushed and could take their time. This could be accomplished by a person with minimal experience.

Hell, it just had to be a basic scope. No special optics are needed at that distance. In fact, that is not that hard of a distance with iron sights under those conditions.
