That's one issue. It's going to be much harder to get off to a good start to the season. We never seem to get cupcakes to start (although we did last year).

I don't mind getting them in the opener, it's kind of a no lose situation unless we lose by like 20.

A decent showing in a loss is fine considering all the turnover, and maybe we catch their defense struggling to adjust with so many personnel losses.

And our best chance of beating them obviously was always at home, and I'd rather get them at home later on when Barkley will probably be a shell of himself.

Who’s saying anything about how the teams operate? The topic at hand was players trying to get every last dime they could, which is what I commented about. And like I said, that is hardly just a Dallas player thing.

That sounds good, but the only problem with that is then you get into the incredibly complicated trades the NBA has. Which I really, really hate.
