There is still room on the Braves' bandwagon.

11-1 on the year after sweeping the Nationals in Washington.

Our starting pitching has been ridiculous. MLB should implement a rule that requires all Braves pitchers to pitch with their off hand. It's the only way I can see the playing field being leveled.

I still have them finishing with 130 wins. I can't go 140 because I think they'll have HFA wrapped up by Labor Day and they'll spend the final month of the season in Miami Heat mode.....resting their stars as they gear up for the playoffs.

It's always been the plan. I didn't want it to be cause I think they could offer him a fat deal since they traded Shields' salary away, but that's not the Rays way. We'll trade him (probably to the NL) for a stud pitching prospect, a stud position player and another solid throw in prospect. It's what we got for Garza and Shields, so you have to think Price will fetch even more.

My hope is Cincinnati as I have a life long boner for Billy Hamilton hitting lead off for the Rays. Plus they have tons of pitching prospects. But other than him, I just want to see a good catching prospect brought in. We've never, ever had one.
